. Community Library volunteer offers cakes Grappenhall Warrington Cheshire England UK. Photographed at Albert Road, Grappenhall, Warrington, Cheshire, England, UK. The photograph was taken on 14 September 2013. The image metadata records 1 person in the frame. This editorial stock image documents the subject as it appeared at that time, preserving a clear record of the place, its appearance and the everyday details surrounding it. The scene is closely associated with Community, Library, volunteer, offers, cakes, cake, voluntary, event, happy and stall, adding specific subject detail and useful search context without losing the documentary focus on the main subject. The photograph has strong editorial relevance to public events, festivals, performances, celebrations and the temporary activity that changes the character of a familiar place. It can support coverage of festivals, street entertainment, performers, audiences, tourism, cultural events, city-centre activity and the economic and social impact of organised public gatherings. Costume, temporary signs, crowds, performance areas, street furniture and the surrounding architecture can all help establish the event in a specific place and period. Because events are temporary, a dated documentary photograph has particular archive value, preserving details that disappear as soon as the programme, performers and public activity move on. Search themes include festivals, street performance, live entertainment, cultural events, tourism, crowds, city-centre activity, temporary public space and event heritage. The dated view is valuable for identifying how a particular event, performer or festival presence looked in that year. The combination of a named subject, precise location and capture date gives the image particular value to editors who need a real, identifiable place rather than a generic illustrative photograph. The view is firmly rooted in a real location rather than a constructed studio setting.
