After being hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, he explained, the world still has to face climate change leading to uncertainties in the weather which greatly affects the food sector. Moreover, the war between Russia and Ukraine has triggered the price of wheat to soar, considering that the two countries are two of the largest wheat granaries in the world. At this moment, the price of instant noodle and other food made of wheat have started increasing.
