A canal holiday hire boat from the Andersen Boats company in Middlewich passes the crowds of folk along the bank of the Bridgewater canal and the historic, mainly ex working boats, moored for Lymm transport day on Sunday 22.6.25. The canal and town were thronging with boats and people as it is the annual Lymm transport day which is part of the 10-day Lymm Festival. On transport day there are all forms of vintage transport on show including about 20 former working boats on the canal and 12 steam traction engines and rollers on the car park next to the canal.
