La Paz, Bolivia, 1st October 2018. An Aymara reporter for the Bolivia TV state channel interviews a man dressed up as the famous Mexican TV character El Chavo from the sitcom El Chavo del Ocho before the reading of the ruling for the case "Obligation to Negotiate Access to the Pacific Ocean (Bolivia v. Chile)" at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
