--File--Chinese staff are seen at the stand of Changsha Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Co. during the 2010 International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Construction Vehicles and Equipment, known as BAUMA China 2010, at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Shanghai, China, 25 November 2010. Zoomlion, a Chinese maker of construction equipment, is stepping up its efforts to tap overseas markets through exports and mergers in light of declining domestic sales. The company estimates that the proportion of its revenues made up by its overseas operations will increase from 4.8%, or 2.2 billion yuan (US$345 million) last year, to 30%, or 33.3 billion yuan (US$5.23 billion), by 2015. In 2008, Zoomlion acquired Compagnia Italiana Forme Acciaio (CIFA) of Italy, the worlds third-largest concrete machinery marker, to become an industry leader and is now benefiting from the advanced technologies and global sales network of the Italian company.
