Les chiens qui étaient entassés dans une petite cage sont vus dans le sud-ouest de Kunming, province de Yunnan, Chine 20 avril 2012. À la suite de la plainte
Dogs which were crammed into a small cage are seen in Kunming, southwest Chinas Yunnan province, 20 April 2012. Following increasing public complaints on the dog ban launched by Harbin citys government recently, a truck fully loaded with dogs was spotted on a street in Kunming City, Yunnan Province on April 19. There were near 500 dogs, crammed into small wire cages. According to the Internet post, the transport was legal as supported by the local policy, but it did not detail where the dogs would be sent to. The truck was finally blocked by over 200 animal welfare volunteers of the city, who wanted to buy all these dogs with 600 thousand yuan from the truck driver. The cages were piled one on top of another inside the truck. The animal welfare volunteers stopped the truck, and off-loaded cages crammed with dogs. Each wire cage was packed with several dogs. The space was too small for dogs to move freely. Some of dogs did not survive during the journey.
